A proud mother, wife and Owner & CEO of Beauty Behold LLC, a professional skincare & artistry business servicing all personal and professional beauty and makeup application requirements. Since childhood, she’s possessed a deep passion for makeup artistry. That passion paired with a bachelor’s in administration, master’s in management, and decades in the corporate world led her to pursue her lifelong passions both in beauty and business.

Jill honed her professional makeup skills through Robert Fiance [FEE-once] Makeup Academy and created Beauty Behold LLC; and has since been “transforming ordinary beauty into extraordinary beauty!” Her belief is that every one of us has beauty within that is worthy of beholding. Jill’s drive & determination in beauty and business, has led her to work and sharpen her business savvy under the leadership and direction of several power players in the Fashion, Film, and Music Industry. The knowledge she acquired led her to direct production level MUA teams; author her first book entitled “Pretty Girl 7 Keys to Beautiful Skin & Flawless Makeup” guidebook, create a lipstick line and apparel under her Beauty Behold Brand.

A woman infused with many talents; Jill is a partner and team member of Brother Michael Katlow Cox Memorie 4 Life Photography LLC subsidiary operations as the proud Copy Editor & Contributing Writer of Photography Insight Plus Magazine (PIPM) publishing team, and is the Assistant Program Director & Host of Photography Insight Plus Experience TV (PIPETV) where she has interviewed celebrity guests such as actor, singer, and author Mr. Richard Pryor, Jr. and legendary powerhouse producer Mr. Paul Kyser just to name a few! Jill is also the Creator, Producer, and Host of the BB Beauty Transitions cable show powered by PIPE TV.

She has appeared on radio shows, cable talk shows & makeup seminar platforms and continues to pay-it-forward with servicing the less fortunate with her philanthropic spirit to give back.

Jill is credited with tear sheets in Sheen, Smooches, Entrique and LVM Magazines. Her cover shots include “D’Mochelle’s Fashion Magazine” that featured actress & NAFC Oscar winner, Miss Jacinth Supthin who starred in the “Diary of a Badman” movie; and the “2018 Stellar Gospel Award Winner for Radio Personality of the Year,” Liz Black; Entrigue magazine, featuring R&B Gold-selling artist Ny’a; and with LVM Magazine, featuring R&B legendary singer, Meli’sa Morgan. She is the personal MUA to Gold-Selling R&B artist Ny’a; and was the Beauty Editor for Modelocity Online magazine for more than a year with a monthly column entitled “Beauty Behold Beats Breakdown;” and is the makeup show creator of the first of its kind “Beauty Behold Beats Competition!”
